"No Delivery and No Response"
I made my order in the middle of December. At first, they were quick to reply, but now it’s like I’m talking to a wall—no one answers my emails or picks up the phone. It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t gotten my order.

"Order Never Arrived"
I made a purchase for two Switch Lite cases on Christmas Eve. One was supposed to be Blue, but they didn't have it available, which is alright. They reached out to me, and I ended up getting a different color that was actually in stock. No biggie.

Now it's January 23, 2023, and I'm still waiting for my order to show up. I've reached out to them about this, but their response was not comforting at all. Honestly, I doubt I'm ever gonna see it, and I've lost my money. If it takes over a month to get an order sorted, that's just way too long.

I was bummed to find out that local taxes in Denmark weren't factored in when I made my online purchase. It was a real downer getting hit with that extra tax bill from customs when my order arrived. :(

Honestly, this case is just stunning, and the style is top-notch. Everything about Orzly is simply amazing, and it's totally worth every penny. I always tell my friends to stick with this brand. I recently picked up the geek pack for my OLED, and let me tell you, nothing beats the quality, price, and style. It's definitely the best out there, and the matching colors for the Switch are way cooler than anything else.

We had to wait quite a while to get our package (VR headset for Switch). Once we reached out to Orzly, they were super helpful and after a few checks, they sent out a replacement headset. Really great and supportive service! The headset performs excellently and is a fantastic addition for the Switch.

"Still waiting on my delivery..."
I still haven't gotten my package, even after reaching out to customer support. They mentioned they’d send a replacement, but it’s been two weeks since I followed up and no response to my email. My daughter is really let down, and honestly, I am too.

"I'm a fan of this item"
I'm a fan of this item. It's sturdy and made from quality materials. The clip for my phone works perfectly with my Stadia controller and S20FE. It'd be awesome to have a compact case for the controller that accommodates the phone clip too. I definitely suggest giving this product a try.

"Awesome Items and fantastic support..."
Awesome Items and fantastic support. I really can't complain because the service was top-notch, and the product functions well on Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam - tested it out). I did run into a hiccup with delivery from the postal service, but Orzly has been and continues to be amazing.
